01How to ask
Email support@n8island.com from the address you bought with, or include it in your message. We’ll reply within two business days.
02What happens next
The full amount, including any tax, goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually show it within 5–10 business days. Your license is revoked at the same time, and the app returns to its License page on its next check.
03After the first 14 days
If something is broken and we can’t fix it, write to us anyway. We look at every case.
04Try first
The free trial gives you every feature for two days before you pay anything, so you can make sure N8Island works on your Mac.
